About
Hi, I’m Camille! I am the founder of Heroes Editions.
I’ve always been passionate about people’s stories and the emotions behind them.
I started my career as a TV journalist, then worked in communications. My job has always been about crafting narratives, helping others find the right words, the right tone, the right message. I loved it, but I was craving something that felt more personal, more intimate and authentic.
Our stories are personal legacies to be passed on. They shape who we are, who we become, and build the generations after us.
Legacy is often seen as writing wills, settling finances, selling a business or distributing belongings. But we often forget to pass down the most valuable thing: our story.
This became personal when I started writing a novel inspired by my grandparents. I thought I knew them, but when I started to write about my grandmother in particular, I realised how little I actually knew about her. Her childhood, her dreams, her relationships, the way she looks back at her life and what makes her happy … I just didn’t know.
So I flew to Paris to record them for four days. It turned into one of the most meaningful moments of my life, and now my whole family can treasure their voices and story forever!
That’s how Heroes Editions was born.
I offer everyone the chance to do the same: to sit down, take the time to tell their story or record their loved ones’, in their own voice. Not for the public. For their children, their grandchildren. The generations after them.
My mission ?
Heroes Editions helps people preserve their stories and pass them on, creating lasting connections across generations. From life journeys to personal messages, milestones, values, and wisdom: every story deserves to be captured and remembered.
